" So here it is It was November 2022 when we made contact with Rich and Sam about a apartment we liked the look of on the golf resort Hacienda del Alomo that we had seen on A Place in the Sun, to our disappointment that apartment had gone, but that didn’t stop Rich and Sam. They contacted us the following day and asked if the could FaceTime us with another apartment that had just come available, well that apartment is now our little piece of Heaven in Spain on the HDA due to them and also put us in touch with there Lawer who was also a God send, one year later and we couldn’t be any happier Thanks to Dreamhomeinthesun Our good friends Rich + Sam Kindest Regards Stuart "

" “Dream Home to Forever Home!” From the first time we made contact with Rich and Sam Oldfield at Dreamhomes they have gone out of their way to make the Spanish buying process easy for myself and my wife. Purchasing a bank owned property has proven to be a challenging but rewarding experience. Being guided and assisted by them has made what could have been a potentially stressful time a into an enjoyable phase of our lives. Even after the sale of our UK house collapsed and we had to withdraw from our Spanish purchase until we could find new buyers, Rich or Sam would keep in regular contact, comforting and advising but not pushing any sales on us. When we did sell and were able to buy our “Dream Home” in Spain, prior to moving over full time, it was the Oldfields that organised what turned out to be an “all hours of the day” access to our apartment and they would accompany the various services trades as required. Even after we arrived in Spain, although their job as “ Real Estate Agents” had finished, they arranged to have an odd job man help us to re-assemble items of furniture that we had shipped over. " Visited with the Oldfields looking for an apartment back in the summer. Rich picked us up from Alicante airport and took us to our hotel, then for 4 days showed us a number of properties. Eventually I decided on the very 1st property I had viewed! Put an offer in and was accepted, happy days! Rich took us back to Alicante airport for our trip back to the UK. However life has a funny way of working out!! On return to the UK I had a heart attack which lead to a triple bypass. Thus I couldn’t carry on with the purchase, no fuss was made by the Oldfields, I received a full refund of the deposit, again no fuss! Highly recommended for their customer service, nothing too much trouble. "

" I was looking for a property in the Alicante to Cartagena area and sought the help of several local agents. Of the three selected, only one stood out for customer care - Richard and Samantha Oldfield, Dream Home In The Sun, Costa Blanca South Region. The other two simply offered several properties, most of which didn't meet my requested parameters. Only one of those got back to me with a viewing of a suitable property, then later told me that it had been sold - no alternatives were suggested or proposed for the future. Richard and Samantha did way better, offering properties of the right type, in the preferred price range and location. Viewings of them all followed. I have now placed a deposit on my favourite and expect to get the keys in the near future. Easily the best agents I've come across in Spain. "
