"I was looking for a property in the Alicante to Cartagena area and sought the help of several local agents. Of the three selected, only one stood out for customer care - Richard and Samantha Oldfield, Dream Home In The Sun, Costa Blanca South Region. The other two simply offered several properties, most of which didn't meet my requested parameters. "Visited with the Oldfields looking for an apartment back in the summer. Rich picked us up from Alicante airport and took us to our hotel, then for 4 days showed us a number of properties. Eventually I decided on the very 1st property I had viewed! Put an offer in and was accepted, happy days! Rich took us back to Alicante airport for our trip back to the UK. However life has a funny way of working out!! On return to the UK I had a heart attack which lead to a triple bypass. Thus I couldn’t carry on with the purchase, no fuss was made by the Oldfields, I received a full refund of the deposit, again no fuss! Highly recommended for their customer service, nothing too much trouble."
